Read His Op-Ed in The Wall Street Journal Defending Free Speech
Columbus, OH — Following a recent decision by the Seneca County Board of Elections to ban anyone who advocates against the use of voting machines from serving as election managers, Vivek authored an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal defending the First Amendment and released the following statement:
“By barring critics of voting machines from serving as poll managers, Seneca County has imposed an unconstitutional loyalty test that plainly violates the First Amendment. If the County refuses to reverse course, I will work with residents of Seneca County to take legal action to strike down this unconstitutional rule. This isn’t about right vs. left. It’s about right vs. wrong.”
